Welcome to The Milestone Property Owner's Association located in Pensacola, FL

Established in 1995, this association consists of The Paddocks, Estate homes (35) Residential (194) The Cottages (93) and Commercial (23) totaling 345 lots in the neighborhood. 

Common elements include:   (2) parks with gazebo and play equipment, green belt area, irrigation system with well, lighted signs, more than 100 street lamps, private roadways, fences and more. 

 As a mandatory membership association, the current ANNUAL assessment is $325 (Estate Homes) and $230 (Cottage Homes) due on Jan 01 of each year.    

We want your opinion. Please email or call your Board of Directors and let them know what you would like to see in your community i.e parks, social events, parking, common areas, etc.  If there are changes or improvements you think need to be mad, please make your voice heard!   click here

The following new rules & regulations are recommended for approval by the MPOA BOD in support of the Covenant restriction related to “Detrimental Appearance”:

  • Prohibit Vehicle parking in resident yard (off the paved driveway)   
  • Prohibit PODS-type Storage Units on Property for periods longer than 7 days unless prior approval received from MPOA BOD.
  • Prohibit Overnight Parking in Parking Spaces Adjacent to Gazebo / Milestone Playground unless prior approval received from MPOA BOD
  • For Cottages Residents:  Prohibit parking of off-the-road vehicles, boats, campers, trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, motorbikes, tractors, mowers, or commercial vehicles of any kind except for short term parking not to exceed 48 hours except in garages, carports, or otherwise enclosed or camouflaged so as not to be detrimental to the appearance of the property from any Lot line.
